Shovel

Buying a snow shovel needs some serious research. What color to buy? How long of a handle do I need? Wood handle? Metal shovel, or plastic? What brand does the neighbor have? Will it get stolen if left on the porch? Will it in fact shovel snow? Should I buy a warranty? What if I break my back? Do shovels come with insurance policies?

These are all questions one should ask when purchasing a shovel. Let's explore the many options that buying a shovel endures.

I first looked at Lowe's.

This beautiful shovel is an 18", Ames Poly Combo with a steel core handle, deep handle socket, and an extra wide D grip for gloved hands! Wow, and only $9.98!

Unfortunatly, this is the only shovel they have...

Let's take a look at WalMart.

Hmm, the only listings under "snow shovel" show an electric snow thrower (no thanks) and Dora the Explorer Snow Princess for Wii (no Wii for me)
Home Depot?

This crazy looking thing is called a Trailblazer snow auger. Apparantly the "auger" spins and never rusts! It pushes the snow right out of the way! For $34.99, I rather save up for a snow blower.

Sears looks promising.
Here's one, Suncast 18" Ploy (this is what it says, probably a typo to mean Poly...) Snow shovel with steel core handle. $8.99!

Here is a snow pusher, in case you want to push snow around instead of shovel it out of the way... probably not.
In conclusion, I should probably just go to the store to look at the shovel assortment that might be hiding in the back or something.
Farewell. Good luck and happy shovel shopping!
